Below, you will find the details of our warranty policy for Heavy Duty Truck radiators:
Limited 1-Year Warranty on Heavy Duty Cooling Components:
Rocky Mount Radiator & A/C, Inc. warrants all Heavy Duty Truck radiators to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the core, tanks, and other integral cooling components included in the radiator assembly.
2. Exclusions and Voidance of Warranty:
A. Road Damage: This warranty does not cover damage caused by road hazards, collisions, or other accidents encountered during normal operation of the vehicle.
B. Installation Damage: Any damage resulting from improper installation, including but not limited to bent fins, cracked tanks, or leaks due to improper fittings, will void the warranty.
C. Improper Coolant: The use of improper coolant, including mixing different types of coolant or using coolant not recommended by the vehicle manufacturer, will void the warranty.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
1. Contact Us: In the event of a warranty claim, please contact Rocky Mount Radiator & A/C, Inc. promptly.
2. Provide Proof of Purchase: You will be required to provide proof of purchase, including the date of purchase and the serial number of the radiator.
3. Describe the Issue: Please provide details of the issue you are experiencing with the radiator, along with any relevant information about the vehicle’s usage and maintenance.
4. Inspection and Resolution: Once the claim is initiated, our team will guide you through the necessary steps, which may include returning the radiator for inspection. If the issue is determined to be covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the radiator at our discretion.
Limitations:
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the radiator.
- Rocky Mount Radiator & A/C, Inc. reserves the right to inspect and verify any warranty claims before approving repairs or replacements.
- The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or installation of the radiator.
